Ways to incorporate orange into your wedding day and your theme.
Orange is a very bright, summer and fun colour and for a wedding this is perfect ultimatly everyone wants a bright fun wedding right?
Easiest way to have the colour in the wedding is through your clothing- your groomsmen, bridemaids, flower girls and page boys are the best advocate for showcasing your theme colours.
Bridesmaids
The orange can be added as much or as little as you like- as its such a strong colour you will find it very easy to get your theme across.
Orange bridesmaids dresses are a rare colour but as it comes in such a variety of shades its best to start looking February in preparation for summer.
Burnt orange for a more toned down look or bright orange for a tropical summer look.
Groomsmen can incorporate orange with the ties and cravats or even a super stylish waistcoat.
Venues
In London due to having a very traditional city sleek landscaping you may find it tough to find a particularly orange venue- however if you look hard enough little gems such as The orangery at Cavendish Square may prove to be a perfect setting for the brightly coloured wedding bash.
This particular wedding has to be one of our favourites- it has elements of ‘outside- in’ theme with the use of the dramatic orange trees.
If you are looking to travel slightly further than London..then your orange theme wedding venues will be a large pool of choices.
Mediterranean buildings are often colourful and bright places to get married in so like this building if you are looking to really go all out with the bright theme this lovely italian villa will get you and your guests in the mood for a fabulous celebration
Orange table settings
Orange can be incorporated in many ways on the tables from the floral arrangements.
The great thing about orange is that there is a large selection of flowers to choose from such as roses, gerbera and tulips.
Napkins, favours also add the splash of colour to the theme.
If your have followed our blog for a while you will know we love the chiavari chairs and see it as the popular choice of decor for the next few years.
Adding the orange tie to the back of the chair is unique way of decorating your chairs as well as possibly creating table names.
Once again an orange napkin with ties and a simple centrepiece alongside chiavari chairs creates this chic summery look.
Without going too much with the orange it is simple to add splashes even with a small lotus flower inside the napkin for a fresh romantic look.
If you want something more traditional then why not get a white stretch chair cover with a tropical orange sash..simple but extremely effective.
This venue was Ripley Arts centre in bromley!
We also have our unique larger sashes to create the side sash look with extra large bows
